PhilHealth Online NHIP Registration - Individual

Mabuhay! This Online Facility is designed to provide easy and convenient way of registration in the National Health Insurance Program (NHIP) and corresponding issuance of your PhilHealth Identification Number (PIN).

However, it is emphasized herein that duly accomplished PhilHealth Membership Registration Form (PMRF) and supporting document/s (e.g. birth certificate, valid, acceptable, or duly issued ID) is necessary and needs to be uploaded for the system to properly validate and process the application otherwise, it will be disregarded.

All electronically submitted registration forms with complete supporting document/s shall be processed within three (3) to five (5) working days. The PIN will be sent to the provided email address of the registrant upon successful processing of the registration.

Further, please be reminded that a valid email address is required and it can only be used once . A system-generated "Notification" will be sent regarding the status of the registration. It must be noted that a registrant cannot submit more than one (1) application.
